    I think it's called Cool3D, but don't quote me on that because I'm not for sure.

    Ulead Cool 3D 3.5 or Ulead Cool 3D Production Studio

    Not free programs you will have to find a way to obtain them.
    I suggest buy them ;D.

    There's a trial version on their site.
