Being an audiophile, I would be really interested to see what sort of headphones you guys use. Myself, I only use my Etymotic ER-6i Isolators. They have studio quality sound and a bargain MSRP of about $150. I absolutely adore them. Hi-Fi is totally the way to go with headphones. What about you guys?
I am still using my headphones I have had for about two years....and not because they have great sound quailty...because there is much better out there...I mean much. But I still have them because they are the most comforable headphones I could ask for. They are Sony headphones...I believe Sony MDR-G52 to be exact. They are the ones that instead of the bar going above your head it goes behind your ears and then behind your neck. I think they are the best feeling headphones ever made.
My friend has an expensive pair of BOSE and it blocks all outside noise. Their like 350 bucks or something like that.
I just bought from best buy yesterday these Philips "noise cancelling"in ear phones Hn060..i mean some of the best sounding non-headphones...the bass and treble is good I just wish they could go a notch louder,,, they dont distort, of course they wont let u get loud enough to distort what scares me is these cheap 25$ sony headphones sound better than these 65$ in ear headphones...problem is I NEED something portable Could someone tell me some better ones for under 75$ or wether or not these are good ones Thanks, dhar13
some headset i bought from walmart couple days ago. forgot the name though lol. i like them though. there much better than the crappy ones i had before which were a free headset that came with the bf2 game for pc. so those ones sucked but this one is much better.
I just use the ones that came with my i-Pod..been using those for a couple of years now, I know I need to buy some new ones though ^_^
Innnershadow...you poor, poor thing. I have used those BOSE noise-canceling headphones, and I have to say, I really wasnt impressed. The bass gets blown way out of proportion, and the mids just sort of run away into some far away land. Also, my little Etymotic earbuds (http://reviews.cnet.com/headphones-headsets/etymotic-er-6i-isolator/4505-6468_7-31077372.html) have noise-canceling silicone which works just as well. to sum up that CNET review: great headphones (stellar sound quality), long cord.
I have 5h from steel sound, I mainly bought them because they were on sale for $50 but I love them. I don't care about the mic because im sure it will break soon enough.
Those suck compared to SHURE, i myself have a pair of SHURE earbuds they are amazing. http://www.shure.com/PersonalAudio/Product..._pa_e2g_content they are probably the best sound isolating earbuds to date, bose don't block out much and the design of them is very strange and uncomfortable.
I've got a pair of Bose headphones. Bought a whole package that came with a BOSE stereo, BOSE DVD player, BOSE iPod dock, and BOSE headphones. They are pretty comfortable.
