    in the store what does WHat is upload gallery avatar mean?

    There is a gallery of avatars for the site, which you can use, and will show up on the forums. When you upload a avatar, you upload it to the gallery, and other people can use it too.

    It's basically selecting an avvy from a list of avatars that the admin/mods have uploaded for the avvys.
