dude stfu he asked a question.

    Emo:

Emo is a slang term used to describe a range of ANNOYING fashion styles and attitudes somewhat affiliated with emo music and its REALLY GAY related scenes. As an adjective, emo can describe a style of fashion or music; or a general state of unhappiness or melancholy (as in "to feel emo"). Emo is also used as a noun, often pejoratively, to identify a member of the "HOMO scene" or someone viewed as fitting the "emo" stereotype.

Aren't emos depressed alot too (I would like to steb them of they are)? I'd rather be called a goth than an emo.
A goth is a little less demeaning. And most emos are just fags, with a little gay fringe i hate it.
But apparently, rena will argue with you to the end of the world that there is no such thing. (I think).

i hurd this thing on the radio that 'emo' doesnt stand for emotional. its for emotive-hardcore pertaining to the type of music which is often affiliated with the whole 'emo scene' get up. theres nothing wrong with them. people who are homosexual often turn emo cuz its a place they can fit in and relate to; music, because they are often shunned by society. why people hate emo(ness) so much who knows they just do. everyone just assumes they are gay little f---ers who do nothing but cut themselves, write poetry and listen to depressing music but thats not completely true. sure some are that way but that just completes the stereotype. i have friends who are emo and have never cut themselves, dont take antidepresents and listen to more than just emo music. sure they have extremely strange hair at times but look at overly hardcore kids. meter tall mohawks. skaters? long girlish hair. to me stereotypes mean nothing but to others aparently it means the world.

I really hate the people that Stereotype "Emos". Its Like they are just jumping on the Bandwagon, trying to be cool...Most of the people that call Emos "Gay And Annoying" are just complete assholes who really dont know anything...I havent seen any Gay Emo People, but most of the time the Stereotypers have assholes the Size of their Brains :D

=Yea, that Pretty much sums it up ;)

He Asked for an Answer to a Question, not Noobs looking to spread their Bias. Thanks.
