If you can reproduce the details on the Mona Lisa, sure. If you didn't want close copies made in parody form, use something more complicated or provide some form of anti-rip. Any decent Photoshopper can make a close copy of what you've drawn.

Nope, the only thing i watch on TV is TVU and Vary few Christian channels. Thats about it. Everything on the TV Is usually garbage anyways. I've watched Creation networks where they SHOW you the science they have done. So you can't dismiss that.

I'd just like to say that Ferret's argument basically covers all the reasons I CANNOT believe in evolution as the reason we exist today.

Like I said spoonfed. Not in the literal sense. It is all you have ever really known and is all you believe in.

Open your mind to other ideas...

I've read through about half of this thread and I continuously see people bringing up evolution. Saying that mankind evolved from primates. I don't think that just because something cannot be proven by scientifical fact (God) doesn't automatically mean that he doesn't exist. There are many things that exist in our Universe that cannot be explained by science, but because of that should we automatically assume that it is impossible for it to exist? No!

Sure people will say that they believe that everything in the Bible is bull---- (Adam and Eve, Noah, Moses, Jesus Christ himself), but if you belive so much in science, shouldn't you even consider that there is a chance that everything in the Bible did happen? Would it be considered "insane" to even acknowledge the possibility of God? Just because something may sound far fetched to you (The Bible) doesn't necessarily mean that it is not true.

I remember a quote a while back, but I forgot where I got it from. But it applies to this thread IMO.

Not necessarily. He's just doing what he thinks is right (watching more "clean" television). He probably attends church on Sundays, too. BUT he has access to other information. This forum is a good example. So is school (if applicable), the workplace, friends, family, anybody.

Me, when I became a Christian, it was on my own at fifteen. None of my immediate family is Christian. I asked questions on my own, got answers on my own, and looked into it all on my own. I wasn't spoon fed, and I'm at pretty much the same point as Fargo is. Albeit, I do watch, say, and do different things than he does, but that doesn't mean that he's any better or worse of a Christian than I am, or vise versa. I love South Park. Doesn't mean that I'm not a Christian. It's knowing when to differentiate between comedy or entertainment (South Park/other secular TV shows) and letting that stuff influence you in negative ways. If he feels that he's succeptable to being influenced in the wrong way by that stuff, more power to him.

I agree with Fry. Just because someone believes in evolution doesnt mean that they can't hold other beliefs that fit with these theories.

It's good to know both sides, how can you form an opinion if you don't know both perspectives.

I am still in the middle with religion at the moment, re-reading the bible and the Kuran *spelling* also been hittin up on others as well going to see what I feel after all that.

*waits for the flames of the athiests* don't hurt me I was once you lol

I'm not debating with you, I'm just commenting you. I know both sides. I Choose to believe Creation Because..

    1. I'm A Christian.

    2. I Have FULL Faith In God

    3. The Science Behind Creation Is Valid, Not Excusable As Many Think

    4. Creation To Me Is More Logical Then Evolution.

And No, I have not been taught Creation my whole life, i never even accepted evolution when i was taught it, because it sounds so ridicules. I've Always Believe Creation as my final answer, and it will always remain that way. But i do respect those he choose to believe different.

actually I think he means the fact they have evidence that moses really did part the see, can't remember the exact details but look it up on google, also the proof that the dogwood tree really did evolve the day after jesus died into a new species and what not I think he means the interest in that stuff.

for those who don't know what the dogwood tree was, it was the same tree that birthed the wood of the cross from which jesus was crucified upon.

Nor can it prove the big bang yet? Maybe it will prove god... Who knows.
