Because I remember going on newegg in the summer (Back when I actually did gfx I know noone cares) and it said somewhere that they only shipped to US. none of the cards you mentioned you should get as they are really old or a too new for your pc as they run pci express. There are currently no disadvantages to agp at the moment except for the fact that nvidia is dropping support for it.
