I have been a fan of Insomniac Games. I was all hyped up for Deadlocked. The single player is too short, and online is so glitchy. If you ever played it you would understand that the game is nearly impossible to play online without someone glitching or just cheating. The game is horrible, and I wish I saved my money. What games disapointed you the most in 2005?
I'd probably say Star Wars Galaxies because it is such a good idea to work with, but the creators can't seem to keep the players happy while bringing in new players. It's only a mediocre MMORPG that has great potential.
I haven't played any MMOs that have fees, but I think that would have been the first one I would have picked up, or maybe WoW. It is a great concept. Does it feel like the Star Wars universe, or just a game that happens to use the same characters and worlds?
No games really in 2005.. But The Lord of The Rings : The Two Towers disapointed me.. I got it with my Xbox when I got it, it was my first game to and i'm like.. " Yeah this game is going to be fun. " And so I play itt and I give up on it because it was too hard.. So then like 2 years later, my cousin decided to spend the night and we beet it on Co-op without cheats, and then Co-op with cheats..It was really really hard and dissapoiting, you would just throw your controller at the wall because there was barley any checkpoints, and when we died we had to start from long back at the beginning and stuff like that..Got really hesitating and dissapointing.. Another game is : Halo 2, I like the legitament matches but when you get modded and stand-byed it's pretty ridiculus on how bad the modders and stand-byers suck, I ask them to Head to Head and they get toally demolished.. All the games in 2005 that I bought were pretty good, I didn't really get dissapointed at them..
America's Army Rise of a Soldier for xbox great game but it has quite a few bugs that need to be sorted out, including one that pretty much ruins your account stats and stuff (which ubi will not provide support for)
ummm disapointment thats ez PERFECT DARK ZERO this game was hyped and i knew it would suck so i rented it and thank god i did... xD cuz it was horrible 360 gfx my ass i think ive seen better on my reg box... it was just horrbile... if this is on ur chirstmas list id advice u to take it off lol
Quake 4, it's just plain boring...all that walking trough tiny hallways..blehh... And ehm, True Crime streets of LA sucks big time...dunno if i bought it in beginning 2005 or late 2004 though.. Owh, and burnout dissapointed me, it was fun for a while, but couldnt excite me for a long time
Brute force for me, when i bought my xbox I got Halo 1 and Brutoe Force with it... I just never liked it, I also didn't like the controls.
There are like 25 copies of Brute Force that were returned at my local Gameshop. I guess a lot of people agree.
