What Do U Think Will Be The Best Next-gen Console?

Playstation 3 mos def.

 

i do sort of fancy the Revolution with the size (i like my portable games, i have a dvd player and i put it in a suitcase with it so i can play it anywhere, even have a car power adapter) but other than that, Dont make 'touch screen' controllers, that lame! i have a pda and the touchscreen is not a very good thing for gaming...

And i dont like the idea that games will be played by having to be aiming the controller on the screen, or atleast in view of the television... No laying down playing =[?!!?!

 

I think the PS3 will be best by far ^_^

 

First and for most, I couldn't care what you read on the net or in the papers.. the xbox 360 looks GREAT on any up to date tv.. (meaning one made within the past 6 years or so) The only tv's you cant see the difference are on super super old ones... PLUS the xbox 360 has some great titles coming out

Elder Scrolls: Oblivion

If you havent seen the demos for it, I suggest you do. It's gonna blow the other RPG titles away for years to come I'de say.

I seriously hope nintendo comes out with something good as the gamecube BLEW... any gamer magazine will tell ya.. gamecube is a paper weight.. If you ask me nintendo is just trying to make up for their mistake and make a "new" design for a system.. but lets be honest.. how many of you want a creative system with poopy games and graphics... over a great system with awsome titles and graphics..

ALL OF YOU WANT THE GOOD SYSTEM AND GRAPHICS... Don't even try to lie... :-\ Sure props for the great new idea.. but I doubt it'll be anythin special..

Xbox360/PS3 all the way

 

I'd have to say PS3 or Nintendo Revolution. Xbox 360 looks almost exactly like Xbox.

I've heard alot of Nintendo Revolution is innovative and trying something new, in this thread, but it all comes down to the games. The fact is, Nintendo is notorious for childish games. The market is made up of mostly older gamers, and they dont want these types of games. However, from the looks of Resident Evil coming to the Gamecube, and other non-childish games as well, Nintendo could be finally seeing the light. We will have to see.

As for the PS3, the fact that Sony has made the most dominant system on the market, and the fact that it is coming out later, I think, will make it the best system. It's obvious that the later the system, the better its going to be, you can't get around that, but it still comes down to the games. The playstation has always had greats games, and will continue to have great games.

Finally, the Xbox 360 coming out later will give it the boost in sales, but in the end it will come down to games. The 360 has some nice games, but we will have to see.

So, the PS3, imo, will be the best system out. The Xbox 360 will be the second best, and most people will probably want to own both systems. The only way the Revolution has a chance is if they make better games. Yea, the whole, 'Let's jump back to the olden days and play the classics idea' is good for about an hour, then you want your new games back.

Nintendo is one of the last bastions of gaming innovation left in the world, so I'm really hoping that they surprise me and beat out sony and microsoft. Plus the revolution supports NES and SNES games, you just can't beat that.

 

I have just been more satisfied with sony than microsoft with consoles. I think PS3 is the best.
