    on paper it would be the ps3 or xbox 360 but by just the concept of the revolution does the job for me, come on it the only console thats trying to expand on the gaming industrie and like nintendo said they didnt want to get into the xbox360 and ps3 war and just make something different. SO basically Revolution all the way baby

    I'm going to put my money on the Revolution. Just have this 'feeling' that their innovative ideas might pay off ^_^

    uggg, it isnt a fair game at all...

    i dont like these topics since they just Encourage HUGE FLAME WARS/ Angery people

    but... nintendo, yes maybe they might have a good/fast/powerful console, BUT they will still make KIDDIE GAMES they need to get a life and make a real shooting game or something... and not games aimed towards 10 year olds...

    //edit//
    Oah and anyone who wants to use a boomerang go buy a ps3, and anyone who wants to lay down in bed and play a game, cant because revolution wont see the tv screen ~_~ so i will be playing in bed with my xbox360 while being wrapped up in a kozzy blanket!

    wait there i think that the gamecube has all the games that all the over consoles get instead of exclusive games, so kiddie games no, its just that the orginal franchise games have stayed loyal to nintendo

    I voted for the Revolution. So far, the best that the Xbox360 and PS3 has offered to provide is better graphics, which isn't really that much of a jump from last generation if you don't own an HDTV, which I do not. I'm not going to notice any difference in how crisp or clean a game looks between last gen and this next gen, so why bother getting either of the two sequel consoles?

    I don't really think the big N's been doing that many "kiddy" games, so to speak, it's just that they've been doing games that everyone in the family will enjoy instead of aiming at a very narrow, specific age group like the others have been. I, for one, have had tons of fun playing Smash Bros and Mario Kart since these two games hit the N64. So what if they look cartoony. Since when do games have to look real, anyways? EQ2 tried and failed, but WoW doesn't even come close to looking real, and yet, it's got the highest subscriber base of any MMO ever, and still climbing.

    I have a feeling that this generation of consoles is going to be about style and playability, unlike last generation which was about graphics and power.

    Also, the Revolution's gonna be cheap enough that I won't have to spend an entire paycheck on just the system. :/ Crazy people paying more than 150$USD for a game system.

    <- Playstation Fanboy on most accounts... so its obvious to me that as soon as the PS3 gets off the ground its going to be a hit.

    xbox 360 has a big shortage, ps3 is delayed to 2007 possibly and might cost over 500 dollars. nintendo revolution has a new controller, possible summer release, and could be only 200-300 dollars. very good. also now even with the new online wi-fi.

    this is what is gonna happen, the nintendo revolution gets released, huge hit, totally dominates and nintendo quadruples there money, nintendo buys sony, then after a few more years, the new improved nintendo will make a huge comeback once again, and buy microsift, then we dont have to argue about which system is better, cuz there will only be one supersystem, and when nintendo buys microsoft, bill gates will get fired, its not like he needs more money neways :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
