* Why you would like to be a moderator at GameRenders. To Help. I assume I need to say more? I need something to fill the hours, World of Warcraft is becoming a bore and I need some form of responsibility dang nabit. I've been at this site for a long time now across the 2 accounts, over 2 years easily. (Nov 04 if I remember Correctly) And no matter how different the site is now, and the problems that we'd all have to overcome together to make this a better site for the future, it's still a great site at heart. To be a lil cliche "I Want to help the site that's helped me so much" even if it is entirely true. There's been some great people in the past this site...but, we've got a bright future to look forward to as well eh, And I'd love to be part of it. * What you would like to improve at GameRenders. The general attitude of the members. The hypocrism displayed at times is mind-boggling. People cry for change but cry when change occurs. It's impossible to please everyone, but the attitude of the members needs to change if the site will be moved further forward. Not personally interested in making this site a breeding ground for the..."pr0s" again, not sure how the staff feel about that, but from my P.O.V all they did was bring GR down and they seem to have left a bad aftertaste (Admittedly, the credit removal system has worked positively) * Your past experience with moderating forums (if any). Not substantial if I'm honest. I've run a few sites in the past, where our main focus ranged from being a Private Community, a Tutorial Based Site, or a Battling Based Site. I'd love the oppurtunity to thrive in a well established community such as GR. Been moderator + member of the Graphic Design team on several forums where I stuck to that forum, helping out with Photoshop queries and techniques. Occasionally moving to help out in the General Discussion sections, anywhere people were basically causing un-necessary drama. * The amount of time (on average) you would be able to moderate the forum per week or day. On a Daily Basis. I currently have about 7 Hours free for Moderating. After the next...5 weeks, this amount will substantially increase ; Due to the end of the GCSE Exams + Start of Holidays/College. Weekends, nearly all day, depending on social life etc. Definetely more then 5 hours a day. * If you have any skills, such as creating good renders (provide examples), or general graphics talent. In the past, I've done skinning, templates, sigs (Of course. ^^) C4D, Vector...basically everything in every program. Finally ended up doing Space based work in Photoshop. I realise, lately, my activity has been short of perfect. Like browing through General Discussion etc. World of Warcraft is evil, as a couple of people here will surely know, But...getting bored of it, and even when I do reach raiding status, It's a couple of hours a night, Gamerenders will and always be top priority when it really matters.
