Also, think it's Tylenol, but who cares. Just another one of many pain relievers out there.

wouldn't be suprised though if he doesn't show up tomorrow yet, althought the amount he took is hardly likely to kill him, it will keep him dosed off for a while.

asperin could potentially be lethal, but then you'd have to take about 500 mg per Kg (so say he weighs 70, he's have to take at least 35 pills) and even then, it's only know to be lethal in 2% of the cases.
The tylenol isn't lethal either (perhaps in super high doses, but not from 20 imo)
==> it does cause liver failure of a longer period, but hey, with the amount of booze he uses, I don't think that will have any more effect.

He has 60 non perscrption pills in him. You do realize I had to down over 500 500mg Ibuprofen (a whole bottle) before they pumped my stomache?

Also just to add isn't mixing tylenol, and aspirin kinda "lethal" or have some bad side effects?

regardless if this is another attention attempt, suicide isn't a joking matter

and by the looks of it he has met some of you guys

so instead of wondering or fighting over the forum why don't one of you guys call his phone or even better yet call his home
i'm sure a few people here have his number or home number
