Some weird problem i have... every brush stroke i have is like 100% the color I use. I know its hard to explain+understand.. but like

You know how you brush with a stroke and say you use white on a black bg, it's not 100% white... its like a greyish stroke, overlaying so you can see the blackish still... my brush strokes (regardless of the brush set) is 100% that color. So If I do a white brush stroke, it's not transparent.. its completely white...

How do I fix this? I must've hit something or some crap... Please help. :)

Your either using the pencil tool like he said or you need to mess around in the brush settings in the drop down menus when you click on the brush tool.
