ok i am currently weighing in at 234 pounds and i want to get down to like 175 pounds which is what i used to be...but yea i need someone to find me the fastest way to lose this weight and keep it off...just find me a site that shows the best results and proves it... ok thanks
Dude, none of those quick weight loss things really work. I was 6'2" 250 a year ago, and I'm now 6'3" 200, meaning I lost 50 lbs and gained an inch. And all I did was: Drink lots of water Don't go back for seconds unless you're really hungry, and never for thirds Avoid fried foods Don't drink too much soda Exercise a bit(I started playing tennis. You lose weight, and you get to play with hot girls in short shorts ) Don't eat more than one dessert each day, ie if you eat a bit of ice cream for lunch, skip that cake after dinner. and always avoid cheesecake It's not going to help you do anything fast, but it will keep you steadily losing about 2-4 lbs per week if you stick with it If you need fast, anorexia is the way to go
and if u don't mind taking walks....do that...i used to be pretty chubby a few years ago ...and just walked 30 min to school everyday...eventually i got to the point where it was just a 20min walk and i was able to join the track team...(which helped maintain what little i lost and help shape everything too...) either jogging or even walking...though if u walk try to walk a bit faster than normal....lol i know its sounds crazy..but it really will help in the long run...and if u don't like just randomly walking...find a destination to constantly walk too...so there's a purpose for the walk..lol hopefully that helped... -_-
Don't eat a lot of protein rich foods if you're just going to sit around all day, it turns to fat if not used to make muscle. No fast food, organic stuff is good as well. Running is ok.....I have a weight training class and I've been in it for two weeks and have already lost like 2-3-4 pounds, 20 minutes each day.
This is what my friend did to lose heaps of weight. Never eat anything after 6pm. If you're hungry, drink water. Drink water. Drink water. After you have a meal, sit down and stand up 10~20 times after a meal. Drink water. Sleep early, wake up early and drink water.

avoid fast foods, drinks that are high in sugar. drink plenty of plain water try eating oatmeals and stuff like that. eat frequently, but very little (about the size of the palm of your hand) or, do what i'm doing right now: fasting
