    ok, heres a good idea, a 2v2 battle, 1 coder and 1 designer, who can make the best looking page using nothing but html, no CSS stylesheets, no PHP nothing but HTML. doesnt matter if its valid or very heavy load times. just looks nice. also, it must work properly in FF 2 and IE 7

    whose with me on this???

    To be honest, unless your designs layout background color is #FFFFFF, without CSS it'll look stupid.

    the whole point is to try to make it look nice with just html... i havent used just html in a long time and i think this would be a good idea to try, doesnt matter the background :)

    you can still edit the div without using a .css page with html
    just do
    <div id="blah" style="css here">
    </div>

    might as well just allow css pages
