Website Size.

    I want to build a website... I need it to be the exact right size for everyone how would I do so... through the coding or the template size it-self. I started designing it with sidebars on the top and bottom rather that on the left and right, also I used 800x600 Id rather besure that I use the most used resolution so my site will come out right and look good.

    I think 1024*768 woul dbe more optimal , cause i personally hate when the website is in the middle of the page with lots of space on the right and left.
