Website Problem

im admin at a gfx site (wont provide link)

I can view the main site, but i cant view the forums or cpanel, it seems to be anything after www.url.com/ wont work

Im getting a Page Cannot be displayed, and i do have the right link
Other people i ask can view the forums and everything fine, but i cant

Anyone know how this would happen? and how i can fix it.

O and i cant access the FTP if that makes a difference

 

lol the only reason u cant acsess ftp is prolly because ut not typing in the info right, the reason u cant veiw ur forums if prolly because u havnt uploaded them yet because u cant acsess ftp lol.. thats my opinion.

 

The forums have been up for a while now
Others can see it, so obviously there running

And i have the FTP info autosaved, so i cant mistype anything

 

what server host are u using? it might of been hacked or it might be ur provider.

 

I dont see why it would be my host

what broswer u using? is ur anti virus/ fire-wall blocking it? if i were u id try using firefox.

I doubt its antivirus or any blocker like that, since it was working fine earlier today

 

i know why lol.... to use ftp and to veiw websites they have one thing in common... they both need ethernet connection.. ur obviously not getting connection, restart ur router, cable modem, etc and it should work. as long as u have internet acsess it will work then.

 

obviously i can connect to the internet if im posting right now <_<

so your running firefox. goto tools>Clear private Data...
There you go all fixed.

 

Try assing your host. They should be able to figure out the problem
