Alright, so I have a Logitech Quickcommunicate STX and today I decided to install the driver and the software that takes the pictures with the webcam (This is just after I just reformated my computer). I install everything and wait until I get back from school to use it and put pictures on my facebook. I open up Quickcapture and it seems that my webcam didn't attach itself to the program. So I uninstall the driver from the control panel and reinstall the driver from the site. Still doesn't work so now I need assistance.

Anyone out there know anything about webcams?

most of the time you have to select your source. rather it would be a scanner, camera, etc.

When I go to the scanner and camera section in the control panel it doesn't display my webcam. Just a lot of random other ones. So how do I get it to show up on there?
