I need that. I need the script to funtion exactly like that one. Meaning, I want it to send me the info that goes in the 2 boxes to my email when the submit button is clicked. And I need it to go to my paypal subscribe thing just like this one does when subscribe is clicked. I think I explained everything properly. Someone help me out here. ;(
