Here are a couple I use My current/past hosts lunarpages.com hostrocket.com liquidweb.com I have a site hosted on each web host and uptime is great. I did have one downtime before from lunar but they told me they were updating the servers so I was like okay ^_^ and it only took like 4 hours until I could upload files again. Try and stay away from unlimited and unmetered. Those hosting sites never get that far and if you do use unmetered, make sure your getting a connection that isn't being shared with 10 others who are hosting large files or else your download speed and visitor's viewing your site may be slow. If anything, I highly recommend you checking out those link above. My first pick would be hostrocket for there quick response and setup time. Lunarpages has great techsupport too but hostrocket just has a better plan ^_^ Liquidweb I use for reselling hosting and hosting small private files for me and my friends. Liquidweb has a great set of staffs and they actually do listen and talk 1 on 1 with you. Well I hope this helps.
