This is a list of sites that I've come across that would be deemed helpful or inspiring.

Stuff you can use - What not to do on your site!
    Adam Polselli - Helpful Colourschemes!
Design Tutorials - Layout Design and Implementation
    Flashkit - Music Loops

    Inspiring:
    E-Creative
    Fcukstar - Awesome Flash Sites

    Dubtastic
    4 EFX - Pretty Designers
    Dancemade - An awesome designer
    Neubix - My favorite

Design Is Kinky - More Art Groups
Naature - Has a great forum.

    Helpful Tips:
Always try new styles! Just because people seem to like your style doesn't mean that you have to stick with it. You can always incorporate new ideas and styles into your designs. Thus producing a wonderful unique design.

Here are some resources that can be useful to creating good web templates. Some you may have heard of before but I am just making this for new designers.
