Wavy Glass Effect

I knew how to do this a while ago, I never done it though. Good job putting it here and I wanted to know how to make it wave too

i dont understand how you guys create those kinds of backgrounds though, i mean i have some decent sigs iv made but i can never get that kind of shine, could any one point me to that kinda tut?
