    wats the difference between learning right wearing rights and full rights.

    Learning - You can look at the PSD, like how they made the layers, but you can't resell it/show it to anyone else

    Wearing - You can only wear the sig, nothing else

    Full - can do anything with it, including selling it, claiming it as your own etc

    so when ur wearing it u cant resell it but u can have it at the bottom of ur post and full u can od that and sell it.
