    something similiar happened to me with some guy..he gave me an account said it's rapidshare prem,then it said it's illegal and they will fine me in like 1$ lol,i delete my cookies and nothing happened but still i dont know where they get those illegal accounts,but this sells aint legal too for sure.

    This is correct you didnt get scammed it just detected the different IP and declared it a fraudulent account because of trying to use it on more then one IP.

    If that were too, he still would be scamming me, nevertheless. He is selling me something I can't use.
