    As you know, we can't warn everywhere (Just areas we moderate.)
    But we found someone who needs banning/suspending at least. Pulse 666

    And I've been unable to suspend because, he hasn't posted anywhere I have the ability to do so, it's...slightly annoying. So at this point, do we just contact a gmod or is there anything that could be done? ^^

    Suspended for 3 days, and yes, the correct thing to do in this situation is contact a global moderator.

    Contact a gmod, or contact another sectional if they have posted in their area.
