    I wanna start playing CSS but last time I had it I think I didnt have the right prerequisites needed to play it.

    Can someone tell me what information I need to post about my cpu so you guys can tell me what I need to update.

    Minimum: 1.2 GHz Processor, 256MB RAM, DirectX 7 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP/ME/98, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

    Recommended: 2.4 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX 9 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

    My Setup:2.41GHz Processor (AMD), 1.50GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT, and everything else in the Recommended.

    Plays fine on Low,Medium, and High.

    I have Intel Celeron 2.6GHz cpu, 1GB ram, Radeon 256MB AGP8x graphics card and I can run it maxxed out, all settings on high with no lag. I use the website provided in the link above to check if my computer can play games or not so its a decent website to checkout and bookmark.

    yeah, bull----. Put it on DX-9, not DX-7, and try putting AA and AS on 2x, bet it won't run.

    a 256mb ATi radeon x850XT PE or similar would max CSS out @1280*1024 with 4xAA and 16AF if it's anything like what i think it is.
