My suggestion is to get hypercam 2 which can be downloaded here :

That's the download link for HyperCam 2. The only bad thing about HyperCam2 is that it doesn't have an editing studio like Camtasia, so If you get HyperCam2 I would also use Windows Movie Maker to edit the movie. ( If your going to edit. )

Or, you could just choose any other Editing Studios..

 

If it's for CS, use HLTV... it saves to your PC when done recording.
