Want My Creds Back

Ok, I lent a guy 300 CR becuz he wanted to buy some .psd files FULL RIGHTS. I gave him the creds on oct. 13. and its 1 nov. now. Everytime I say ''Can I get my creds back'' he says ''OK'' but he doesnt give them back

Hey Apex. that account was sold to me ...the first owner of that name is now known as .Apex i do know who had him before me he bought the number 5 member account .... which his name was Advent...he Rebought it from me and now is known as Razor!....something like that.
