i i had a unverrified paypal account and i want to buy Premium membership is that possible if i have enough on my paypal account?
i dont believe your able to send money with an unverified account, so i dont think you can. you can try to trade that paypal account for someone who has another paypal account and let him log on your account and purchase a premium member account. besides that... i dont think there is any other choice except getting 900+ credits and buying one from offers/requests.
u can, u don't even need money in the account. u can just use a credit or debit card through your account
having a debit or credit card attached usually means its verified. he has an unverified account (meaning its probably not attached to any bank accounts or anything) with over $5 in it he wants to use. i just thought you werent able to send money with an unverified paypal account, maybe you can to private parties (like llamaman's account setup) but not to businesses?

she needs to look through some information pages, your credit card and identity is more likely to be stolen when used in stores than the internet, which also may be because so many people have a problem using it on the internet, but meh. usually databases are encrypted that use credit cards with a rather large, difficult to break encryption, and very rarely is there anyone who can bypass bit encryptions who is actually trying to do so (like a world reknownst hacker has better things to do than hack a single credit card account for a few thousand dollars, he can go ahead and crack military databases for their military budget for crying out loud). Store registers and computers go through a less secure system of transferring sales information, and yes, the information sent to the credit card company asking for verification is indeed monitored and people are more than able to tap into the zone where the information is being sent.
