Wallpaper Contest For Digital Concepts

Is it just me or is a bit weird youre using every wallpaper anyone has posted yet? You havnt paid them.. What I understand from this topic is youre paying the top 3 people and youll use those wallpapers, if you plan on using every wallpaper (even if you dont pay the person) you should say that BEFORE people submit them <_<

Mr. Steve even if they dont win im sure they are willing to let me use there peices i will pay them. I have the credits to do so. Also posting a link on gamerenders can get you banned. I dont know why you are going out of your way to try to piss me off A or get me in trouble B. I dont think im doing anything wrong so get off your highhorse.

 

Im not, I just think that it should be made clear that their wallpapers will still be used even if they arent paid :/

Also I didnt know about the posting link rule.. I think its a really stupid/lame/"why the hell is it there?" rule, but Ill remove the link anyways.
