Waaaay Overdue Payment

Hey. I have a problem. I made a deal over IM's to sell sigs for usd with H.C., a member of these boards. I'm pretty sure he's dodging me and it's been months since he was supposed to pay me. I tried sending him PM's on GR, but his messages were full, and 1 email. I've got the chat log we had. Also, I had him post how much money he owes me, which is $27. So what are my options in getting this money?

Here's his first post of how much he owes me, Link. At that point he owed me $18.
And he continues on here, LINK. And with his 3 other requests, for $3 each, it bumps it up 2 $27.

 

I'm not a mod, so don't hold me to my word, but I believe you're on your own. If it was cash money, good luck. Only way they could help you is if you made the transaction on GR with GR credits. I think.

 

We cant refund money, and we dont pay in credits just cause someone got scammed money, so unfortunately there isnt much we can do here in the way of repaying you.

 

New GR rule:
Anyone who pays in money and wants back credits will instead receive glazed donuts, and man are we hungry.

$27 worth of glazed donuts. Now that's reasonable. Anywho, so basically, anyone who buys with money on GR can scam anyone with no repercussions, besides bad reputation?

I'd like to point out that my post was contribution furthering the discussion of GR Staff having no ability to refund real world currency.

Yeah, people are just too quick to yell 'spam'. So anyways if that's all that anyone can do, I guess close.

 

Yep, see, we dont refund money...we offer people the ability to purchase with credits, if you choose to use money instead, thats all on you, and beyond our control.
