This is the start of a LP ive been cooking up in my head for months but never got around to actually getting it down. Was really inspired by a piece over at psdtuts.com so i kinda based it off that and branched off. This not finished yet, still need blend the barrel better...etc Here it is v1 Comments? What should i add? what should i remove, im really going for a dirty type look here so its suppose to be messy. Also anyone know where i can find some rendered Devil and Angel wings would be a HUGE help
i really like the concept but i think the piece looks too much like a montage.. what i mean is that the shell barrell is not the same colors and is not well blended. the city in the bottom and the text are really nice. good try !
I think you should remove the stuff to the left of the refinery. It doesn't seem to blend in to me and the oil barrel doesn't seem like it belongs either it just seems like it was put there. Since that is a main part of the piece you should blend it in more IMO.
The Shell barrel looks REALLY out of place. It looks like you used the eraser to make it a render. Try using the pen tool next time. It will look cleaner
