The look is the only difference really, cept for a few others. But Im sticking with XP till more apps are combatible with vista.
o yea, vista also has that nasty DRM deally and as long as tahts alive, vista will be dead to me :fistshake:
And besides, the new look features, like Windows Flip 3D and Live Thumbnails, arent actually new, theyre all in a mac atm anyway.
you also realize anyone who uses firewire also wont get support for it. M$ said its "unpopular" and wont be available until a service pack comes out
umm it wont go down in price for a while i meen xp has been out for about 4 years now and is still only £10 $20 cheaper and ista is out so you waiting for price drop dont bother u will be waiting along time... Got something in the mail yesterday from Dell. Said if you bought a Dell computer with in a certain time period you get Vista Home Premium free which I think it s a good buy just need 10.50$ for S&H but either way it is better then 150$-200$.
