Norton should give you a registry key of where it is located. Restart in safe mode and enter regedit from the run line in your start panel. Find the keys and disable them by values up or down by 1 digit. Then when whatever programs it would be succeptible are opened, the virus will be unable to operate as it is no longer a valid reg key. Read this though if you have never messed with the registry. It is one of the most difficult things to do to a comp if you don't know already.

No, No, No, and No >_<

Go to Tools - Folder Options, View - then Click on Show Hidden Files and Folders.

Then go to the system32 folder and look for it. If its not theyre.

Go to Run. Msconfig.exe - go to Boot/Start Up.

And look for the Haha.DlDL file theyre, and uncheck it.

And yah my button at the bottom is advertising ^_^

system32 is a hidden file in windows that carries all the important .dll files and other encryptors. just letting you know for future reference ;)

LOL yeah, also if you used the second method I told you, you only disabled the virus, to remove it I suggest you do a search for .Dll

    and look for it theyre.

Or look for it in the system32 folder and delete it theyre. Jst be sure you have the right file.

PM me if yah need any other help.

Here's how i remove my viruses.

    1) Restart pc in safe mode
    2) Controll panel -> appearance and themes -> folder options -> view and set it to Show hidden files and folders.
    3) Now go scan ur PC for viruses
    4) When you're done look up the path to the virus and go delete it manually.

Works every time for me. For probably a month now i dont have any viruses on my pc at all.
