I think you should read some tutorials. The text looks a bit like a default Elements text style, and doesnt really match the feel. The render is off in terms of color and contrast to the background, and you feathered the side of him and it looks really low quality. There aren't many effects either. All of these things could be fixed with practice and reading tutorials.
