Video Editing Technique?

    Is it possible, or is there some way where I can blur a section of my video I am making? I am recording using fraps and my text is so clear that in full screen mode you can read my tells/guild chat in my box.

    I have windows movie maker, do I need like adobe premiere or something??

    I dont know about windows media maker, but Im sure that there is a blur filter in adobe premiere.
