Video Compressor?

    Used fraps to make a vid in garrys mod (hl2) and the files are WAY big. 70mb for like a 7 sec clip wth anyway how can I compress this to a decent size?

    I was not expecting these vids to b 3 mb

    I gurantee if you take time to look you'll find it either on download.com or google.com

    actually i finally found out on the main website of fraps lol.

    if anyone is every stuck with this prob then the answer is download VirtualDub it will help you size things down.
