i'm looking at some computers, and I don't know ne thing about the geforce cards, just mostly the ati radeon cards, but anyhow i found this computer at a great deal; one thing is that it has a 256MB GeForce FX5600 8xAGP. As i said before I don't know much of geforce cards just ati radeon cards, so if u could like say how powerful the 5600 is to a radeon (example: geforce-5200 is the same as a ati radeon 9200, but i don't know if thats true or else i wouldn't be posting this)
Do not ever go for a geforce fx5600, especially a 256mb one. It will only be marginally quicker than the fx5200, and the equivalently priced radeon 9600 is a lot faster.r r Instead look for a pc that has at least a radeon 9600 pro or XT with 128mb (256mb aint any faster since it uses slower memory, same with the geforce), but for better value get one with a radeon 9800 pro which are very cheap as of now (and 1000000x better than a geforce fx5600).
