Ok well I am not sure how many people on GR uses ventrilo *i use it for counter-strike source*, but I thought if anyone out there played CSS and was good with computers you could answer this question: I am running Windows XP for my OS, so when I boot my comp up it lets me log under 3 diffrent people. My parents, Me, or "guest". I play counter-strike source under my name. I also run ventrilo to talk to my clan while im playing. I thought it would be a cool idea to set up a "jukebox" like thing. What I did was went on another name "guest", and started up ventrilo. I went into the same server, made a playlist through winamp, and then I edited some of the options in setup so that it plays the music directly from my computer through ventrilo. This provides very good clarity *using a gsm codec*, and evryone hears it fine. There are a few problems, when i switch users and go back to my account, i still hear the music, so when I talk evrything gets messed up and it basicaly does not work at all. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make it so that I only hear Winamp *when its playing music* on "guest" or the user that it is being played on. I do not want to hear it when I log on to my account but I cannot find out how to effectvly do this. If no one knows the answer a suggestion would be appreciated as to how I can do a jukebox with only 1 computer, and still talk sucessfully. Thanks !
