*sigh* Now I'm not 100% sure but I think you just filtered this. Using the "Cutout" filter, without even trying to match, what I think are the settings you used, I came up with this from the original link you provided. Like I said I'm not 100% sure but, and you'll probably flame me for even considering this to be a fake. But I've got reason to believe, so why not heh. I think you also did it with this one. http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/362848...me+-in%3Ascraps And if you did this simply because you thought these are how vectors are done, although I doulbt it, it's not how they are completed. Vector artist use pen skills our lassoing tools to get the job done, from scratch. No filtering unless adding texture.
Nope, sorry. I used the posterize filter and then traced with pen tool. Thats how i do all my vectors.
Sorry, when I first started out, I read a tutorial that said, you should use the posterize filter as a guide. http://www.romeo-help4u.com/AA/tutorials/P...advancevector/2 I thought that this was how you vectored. I'll look up on how to vector properly
dont like it at all, it just looked like afilter, maybe wasting ur time going over itwith the pentool and still getting the same result
ha u were suppose to go over the areas with the pen tool, the posterize was just to show u what areas would be good to go around great work! one of my favorite vectors :0 just messing with ya
oh in that case it looks good but u wern't suppose to go over the pixels like that i thought u just did posterize and left it at that ;0 Edit: When you do the posterize, you see al the differetn shades on her face? thats a guide, just do the general area of those differnt shades. you dont actually go over them pixel for pixel is what were trying to say
