When I am doing that with the poly tool, how and double clik it says something like: no more than 50% is selected,,blblalbal , how do I do it so I can let it off (to fill it :S) plz explain ^_^

This is the first vector tut I have seen that doesn't use vector brushes...

 

dam where the text part

 

your optacy is 2 high or 2 low.. when your using hr poly tool look above where edit ect would be and theres a optacy thingy.. change it lower or high

and for u koolkidd.. umm do liek a boldy fun text with 2px border matching color
