I have learning right copies of Vastaire's Rupture Man Tutorial and Jonah's Garden Tutorial.

Jonah's tutorial was sold before Vastaire's, however the result of the first step of Vastaire's tutorial is almost identical to the result of the third step of Jonah's tutorial except it looks as if it has just been sharpened.

    Step 3 Jonah:

    Step 1 Vastaire:

I really hope you will forgive me if I've somehow wrongly accused you Vastaire.

I've looked closely at this and it's an exact copy imo except for the colouring and the second is sharpened.

Hmm, even I will admit they do look a lot a like.
I can honestly say I did not rip though.

That is just not me, man.
And To Be Honest, I Don't Even Recall Having A Step That Looked Like That In My Tag?

Also, I was gonna upload my psd, but I sold this a while back and don't even have it anymore.

    :(

That is garbage though, because I've never even had a Jonah PSD and I do not recall ever seeing that tutorial either.

    ?

    Thanks, Bro.
But I Mean, It's Obvious That Layer Must Be In The Tag Or Something For It To Be In a Tut?

    I Have No Clue.
    I Just Know I Didn't Rip.

    Alright!
    Hold On Now.
I Found The PSD In Another Folder With Tuts and C4Ds.

I looked at it and that layer is in there.
However, I know I did not put it in there on purpose.

When making that tag, I think I may have had that tutorial out with another psd or c4d and when I went to copy the c4d, I accidently copied the tutorial and pasted it in.

I know this because when I clicked on the layer and hit Ctrl+T, The whole damn tutorial is in that layer, haha.

If you look at the tag, that layer has no use even being in the tag.
It doesnt even do anything or add to the effects or background or nothing.

I seriously hope you guys believe me, because I would never rip.

I think you could ask anyone around here about my reputation.

Im as clean as a wistle.
I have sold tons of psds and there has never been anything ripped or anything ever.

This was just a simple mistake.
If you choose to not believe me, then so be it.

You have to do what you have to do.

I just looked at them both and am sad to say this, but dude this is a rip whether you did it on accident or not. There is no way you can come up with exactly the same thing as jonah. And in the following it shows 3 examples of things that are exactly the same.

I sharpened both images so people can see things clearer.

After reading that I'm sorry, but even if you have it in your tut it's considered a rip.

    Yes I Know.
After putting it in I went ahead and still made the tag not realizing I copied that part.

Like I said, if you look at the tag, there is no reason for that to even be in there.

Like it doesnt add anything to the effects.

Haha, I realize it is techniquely a rip.
But it was a mistake on my part.
    Honestly.

While do you think you could post the tag? The finished product would prolly help me along with others see that it is truly useless.

    Yeah, I can upload it.
But the problem with that is that I think when you send a psd, you cannot move the whole layer out, you know what I mean.

Like, if I paste a c4d that is 1240 x 1020 or whatever, into a 400X100 tag, you will only have a layer of that c4d that is 400X100.

    Get what Im saying?

I don't mean the PSD. I mean the finished product, the Sig.

I mean, they look nothing alike at all.
This was just an honest mistake.

    Haha, Thanks.
I Guess I Need To Pay a Little More Attention To What Im Doing Sometimes.

Maybe Stop Coming Home From The Bar And Playing In PS?
    Haha.

Either Way, The Mods Still Need To Take A Look Into This.
But I Hope They Also See This Was Just A Mistake.

Sounds like an honest mistake to me. I doubt anyone would be foolish enough to put an entire tutorial in their tag on purpose. This is closed.
