i was on vacation, the last thing i saw about usa soccer was that a guy was elbowed and started to bleed...what happened now?
Although baseball is Americas pastime, American football is the most popular by far and im so sick of hearing how the US wasn't deserving wtf makes u think they didn't want it just as much as any other team Merged Post: O yeah that elbow was so hardcore :blink:
I say they got hosed because of the calls.. yeh, sure, they still weren't playin very well, but hey, those calls were HORRIBLE and just made it worse for the US..
just face it they didnt deserve to go through the played terrible in their group matchs and every team gets bad calls from the ref, so dont think that your the only ones
does any country truly have a national sport, sure soccer isnt the most popular sport, but that doesnt mean they dont deserve to win
Brian Mcbrides my favourate USA player, he gives 110% in every game he plays. He has three plates in his head and has no feeling around his eyes because of the amount of injurees and plastic surgery hes has to put it right again
I cant remember the Italy game but you guys got ripped apart buy the Czech Republic and Ghana. Ghana were the best team in that group in my opinion, played with more heart than any other team. How the USA is 5th in the fifa world rankings is beyiond me tbh.,
screw you all and saying they dont deserve to win. just because they play bad in certain games doesn't mean that they can't move on. finally the US has a decent team and all anyone does is rip them apart saying that soccer isn't the sport for USA and how they don't deserve any of it. well ---- you all because if they got there, they must have played well sometime.
The only reason they tied with Italy is because they guy put it in his own net. USA didn't need much skill to get that point.
Ghana are better than USA anyway, regardless of that call, I think their peroformace over the czechs shows that...
