They're practicing muscle resistance and breathing technique during high-g maneuvers. If you don't resist during positive G's, the blood rushes to your feet, and you pass out temporarily. If you don't resist during negative G's, the blood rushes to your head and you "red-out." Just sitting at your computer, you are at G. (1 Gravity) Therefore, you weigh 1x what you normally weigh. The training in the video goes up to 7g's. You would weigh 7x what you normally weigh. Sorry for babbling about this, I just think it's very interesting.
