    its spec's are
    Intel P2 300Mhz
    2x 128MB RAM = 256MB
    20GB Hard Drive
    CD-ROM Drive
    Floppy Drive

it runs windows xp fine expect it dogs if u try to muti-task such but other then that it works fine plays mechwarrior well and all anywayz it says its maxed out on ram from what i read online about this laptop i think it might handed 512 stick of ram but i do not know a think about laptops and i got this for school and back up incase my main computer fails.

That laptop is probably using PC-100 or PC-133 or even older. Those will be hard to find, and if you do find them it might be expensive. It might be using this kind of memory:

    RAM

Installed Size: 64 MB / 256 MB (max)

    Technology: SDRAM - 66 MHz

    Form Factor: SO DIMM 144-PIN

I got the specs from this website: Specs

Eh, I have that same laptop (hard to believe), it is far from ever coming back to use in my life.

Even if you do find some RAM, and use the money to upgrade it, it still can't do much more then it already can (have you tried it in photoshop yet?, holy hell..) I used to manage playing Starcraft on it at one point.

Sorry to not point out any RAM, but I thought I'd just advise that it is pointless to upgrade it.
