i like it but the text appears on the far left line, id like to see atleast a 1 pixel border on the left/right just to close it in, then move the text in 3-5 pixels.

the only other thing i dont like is how its like the mainstream "professional" type setup, its nothing really new, it would be a nice upload layout, but its too generic for anything else. just my honest opinion.

spacing spacing spacing. the nav bottons i liek other than a few points. there beveld too far (make em liek a 0-1px bevel) and also your headers spacing annoys me (ill show u wat i mean)
lnumberl=the spacing inbetween your text in pixels
space l15l home l10l yada l12l yada l11l etc and it doesent look right. also the text isnt centered on the gray on the buttons with bugs me :(. i hope you understand what i mean.

Well ive seen you do better. overall spacing problems, the header looks kinda bad (i guess youre gonna work more on that), in need of a border (, drop shadow?), darker background.

    Btw revos, isdesigns.com is a reseller? 2,600$?

You need to sort out that main content area, it's a portfolio to start with, you probably won't have that much text.

it isnt ur best but i think u knew that. i like the the nav and almost every thing esle but the header kills it. work on that some more and you will have a nice template. well a nicer template :-)
