Added the Banner

In Addition, my concern + change to the banner:

It would be nice if instead of writing each and every member's name, what if I just made a .png file of our banner and updated it accordingly to each Entrance or Goodbye?

That would be nice instead of going through the hassle of adding text and color coding it

Those are just my 2 cents

Thanks

I was actually going to do a png image of all of our names as well, I'll whip something up in a little bit of the idea I had and we can see if we like it.
