I listen to mostly Rap/Hip - hop but not the mainstream stuff, I'm more into artists like Talib Kweli, Common, Lupe Fiasco, The Roots, and more. Techno, Alternative, and some Rock have crawled onto my iPod recently, courtesy of my friends.
Indie Rock Alternative Gospel Worship music (only some because a lot of it is really bad these days) Classic Rock Folk Older country (new stuff = sucktastic) Reggae TECHNO! haha Other stuff here and there, as long as it isn't Hip hop, rap, hard rock, screamo, metal, etc...
I agree with you on these, especially worship. Some of those songs get stuck in your head bad. I remember coming home from school (went to a christian private school from elementary through middle) and singing "Lord I Lift Your Name on High" all night. MercyMe pwns, btw. But I want to add Punk, Metal, and Ska in my list.
