    There a bit plain.
    But the link one is a bit more blended due to the colors.

    To me it seems like all you did was paste a stock down and add text....

    Text needs work, very plain, try creating some sort of stand out effect in the background so it atleast makes it seem like you did a lot when maybe you didn't, not too bad though
