If it was made before the sig was sold to you FR I think its fine as you bought the sig not the tutorial rights
No, if you own full rights to the tag, I'm almost positive they aren't aloud to sell the tutorial. That would be dumb, you'd own a sig that everyone would know how to make...
That's my understanding of it. A little while ago, I purchased a tag from Lennox for a large amount of credits. Turns out he sold the tutorial for that tag 2 weeks earlier to another member who posted it for free in the resource section. Let's just say that the tag couldn't even sell for a fourth of the price I purchased it for, because everybody knew the effects used.
it can be viewed from two sides. I understand your viewpoint about making a loss on the .psd, but on the other hand, you only own Fr to the .psd. A .psd and a tutorial are two seperate things. It's the same when buying a simple tutorial. You don't always get the .psd of the sig with it. So when you only buy the .psd, that's what you get basically.
^ agree with SP. Tuts and psd's are twp seperate works. You either own one or the other or both. So if can be sold seperate as you only own the FR to the psd.
