The bin is 1,000, he made a typo....if the starting bid is 200, BIN has to be 1,000.

 

No, he didn't make a typo. He's seeing who will do it for the cheapest, hence the "decease" instead of "increase." He wants to pay you, but he wants to see who will write for the cheapest.

 

I did this a while back, here are some directions.

Okay, so this is how it goes. You are bidding to write a tutorial for me. The price will DECREASE as the bidding goes on. So say someone bids at 150 to write the tutorial. But someone wants credits and they come in and offer to write the tutorial for 140. And so on. Get it? If not i'll explain it more.
